Synchronization in Embodied Interaction

We will address theoretical and applied questions of synchrony in embodied social interaction:

• What is the role of the body in social interaction and mental processes?
• In conversations, how are verbal and nonverbal interaction related?
• Can the phenomenon of synchrony elucidate psychotherapy process?
• How can practitioners incorporate principles of embodiment into their work?
