Postdoctoral researcher and study coordinator. I have been investigating emotional processing and emotional change in psychotherapy, as well as the neurophysiological correlates of such emotional change. My current research focuses on the mechanisms of change in therapies for people with depression. I am coordinating a project in which we explore the mechanisms underlying a new treatment option in depression, i.e., the paralysis of the frown lines. As a clinician and psychotherapist, the clinical relevance of research is very important to me, and I collaborate with persons with lived experience (PLEX) who accompany our research team during the whole research process.
